Are you not sure about eating duck eggs? We'll give you two to sample. They don't taste much different than our chicken eggs, because our ducks eat the same food as the chickens. Duck eggs are outstanding for baking. People who can't eat chicken eggs due to allergy can often eat duck eggs.
